These benefits are attained through a composite of exercises and drills. These exercises and drills include running technique drills, sprinting drills, explosive plyometric training and Olympic lifting, upper and lower body resistance training, balance and coordination training, core strengthening, flexibility and range of motion exercises as well as speed-specific endurance training. These exercises are implemented in a specific manner (Periodization) to ensure that an athlete peaks at the right time, GAME TIME!
